Floor Drain Clean out Locating; Buried Under A Topping Slab – Portland, OR

GPRS LLC. of Portland was contacted by a large general contractor working on a new apartment complex in the area to locate floor drain cleanouts that had accidentally been covered over with concrete during the final pouring of a grade slab. These cleanouts were metallic and approximately 8 cm diameter. It was estimated that 2-4 cm of concrete was poured over each cleanout, and these drains needed to be located in order to avoid the task of replacing each one.
